We have identified thousands of hectares of land in Brazil that host important biomes for the planet.
Some of these areas are very close to large urban centers and because they have APA (Environmental Protection Areas) in their composition, they become impediments to conventional real estate projects, becoming a potential environmental threat when they are improperly occupied and, as a consequence, deforested.
We want to change this scenario by creating regenerative projects, that is, projects that generate a positive impact in the social, economic and environmental spheres.
Thus, the project was born Biosfera Project , which seeks to transform these areas into intelligent and regenerative real estate complexes, based on three pillars:
A condominium, village or city-neighborhood, developed in harmony with nature, combining comfort, technology and quality of life for those who will live in it.

Headquarters of a research center in sustainability and regeneration that uses nature as an inspirational source for the development of solutions to some of the main human problems.
And finally, that from (high-tech) technologies such as NFT, VR Tokenization, etc., combined with others (low-tech), (Agroforestry, ecotourism, sports tourism, etc.), generate new forms of monetization, allowing property owners to realize the value associated with environmental preservation.

The next Biosfera: Garopaba
Garopaba is considered an ecological paradise in Santa Catarina. On one side, surrounded by mountains covered by the Atlantic Forest, on the other, the immensity of the ocean. Famous for its waves that attract surfers from all over the world and for being the right whale route, we chose Garopaba for its preservation that seeks a balance between local real estate development and the environment.
